[lug-nuts] Installfest and network access....

I might have convinced someone to come to the next Installfest... he'll be
bringing a Sparc, with a partial Debian install. Network access to fetch
newer packages is pretty much required... unless someone wants to download
and burn a complete Sparc Debian disk :). So will there be network access?
