Hi all!
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned/announced yet (maybe I missed it), but
we're having another of our (soon to be monthly?) installfests this sunday.
We REALLY need distributions, is what past experience has told us. So far the
turnout looks like it might be low, but this is actually too early to tell. ;)
I know you guys have a lot of distributions from all your IFs, could we
possibly get ahold of some of that? It would be much appreciated! ;)
And also/obviously whoever could come to help out, that'd be great! ;)
WHEN: Sunday, January 23, 2000
TIME: 10am - 6pm
WHERE: 1131 EU II
Brian and Harry are coming iirc? At least they came last time, so you won't
be alone, and you can meet some UCD students, AND install Linux. Now isn't
that just the definition of a great sunday? And you don't have to stay the
whole time. ;)
No free pizza this time, we'll be pitching in for it, but isn't that still
great? (Unless lug-nuts would like to make donations for pizza for us poor
students. ;)
Anywho!
(ohh goodness.. you know what is really annoying? when I'm in mutt and tell
vim :gui and then mutt quits thinking I havne't done anytihng. Doh! (or tell
it to use 'gvim' as editor, same thing))
Enough ranting from me. ;)
