15 * * * * /usr/sbin/ntpdate -s ntp1 ntp2 ntp3
into your crontab. It'll update your time every 15 minutes. Replace ntp1
with ntp servers around the internet, (preferably from startum 2). The web
site http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~ntp/ has a bunch of links to info about
it.
