Well I don't know if you want to try this or not, but hey, it's only a
computer and I like living on the edge... :)
I looked at gtk-config and glib-config and noticed that the version number
is hard coded into the gtk/glib-config. In my case it's
--version)
echo 1.2.6
;;
and thats how configure scripts know what version you are running. It
should be the same of Imlib. Just change that echo #.#.# to whatever
number you need it to be and see what happens :)
